Owner, Scott Millwee, leads with integrity and seeks excellence in every project he manages. Scott has built long-standing, trusting relationships with top subcontractors in the industry. 

 

Scott’s construction career began with a large-scale home builder where he gained the critical foundation and education of the home building process. Scott transitioned to custom homes in 2000 where he continued to hone his expertise and discerning eye for quality while building high-end, luxury homes for in the Park Cities, North Dallas, Plano, Frisco and Prosper. Scott has built close to 100 custom homes in North Texas.

 

Scott sharpened his commercial expertise working across the country for one of the country’s largest construction management companies, Holder Construction, whose founding principle is to “do the kind of job that makes our clients want us to do their next project." This is a principle that has continued with Scott throughout his career. Scott values the relationship with his clients, respects their time and investment by ensuring projects are completed timely and within budget. 

 

Scott's passion is partnering with his clients to build the business or home of their dreams. Scott understands the importance of quality work, management of both time and budget and the importance of communication throughout the process. Scott is involved in the day to day management of every project at Millwee Construction.

Scott was born and raised in North Texas and currently resides in McKinney with his wife, daughter and son. Scott is an avid cyclist and runner and has been competing in Ironman triathlons and marathons since 2002.
